WE ARE CONTINUING TO CONDUCT BUSINESS DURING COVID-19; however, in an attempt to maintain social distancing, our office will remain open on a limited basis. If you wish to schedule an appointment, please email your attorney at the email addresses contained herein. Your attorney will make every effort to conduct necessary appointments via telephone, email or, if possible, videoconferencing.

If you have a question about your case or an upcoming court date, please know that by Order of the Alabama Supreme Court, all in-person court proceedings in Alabama (including trials) have been suspended through April 16, 2020, with limited exceptions, including but not limited to bond-related matters for criminal defendants, guilty pleas for individuals who are incarcerated, proceedings related to protection from abuse, and proceedings related to emergency child custody and protection orders.

If you believe your legal situation constitutes an emergency or may possibly meet one of the exceptions enumerated in the Supreme Court’s Order, please email your attorney to discuss further.

We value your business and appreciate your cooperation and understanding during these unprecedented times.
